Farm Homeschool Program

Our Farm Homeschool Program is a great way for your homeschooler to enjoy hands-on gardening at our urban educational farm. Whether your little one is accustomed to a gaggle of kids or prefers to hoof it alone, this homeschool enrichment program provides a rich environment for making feathered (and otherwise) friends, all while learning our STEAM curriculum. Our Farm Homeschool Program participants will follow their meals from seed to table. Our outdoor learning center will allow your child to explore STEAM concepts while addressing Nevada K-12 education standards.

Every month of Farm Homeschool has a different theme. Your child can attend as many or as few of our themed sessions as they wish.

What COVID-19 precautions are you taking?

Our farm school is running at a reduced capacity, our students will be put into cohorts to reduce the amount of interactions they have, our staff will be sanitizing and cleaning frequently, parents will not be allowed on our farm (you will stay in your car for drop off and pick up of your child(ren)), our staff is fully vaccinated, we will be requiring health screening every morning before dropping off (with a quick electronic health questionnaire as well as a daily temperature taken by staff), we will require frequent hand washing of our staff and students, and our program has always been entirely outside!

What is the mask policy?

Based on the CDC guidelines for outdoor summer camps, we will generally not require campers or staff to wear masks. Masks will still be required for campers and staff in the health center.
